Get-together and Service Project

Middle and high school youth are invited to take part in a service project at the church Sunday evening, November 8, 2020. Please RSVP below to join the group in person or complete the service project as part of the group online.

Members, new members, friends and neighbors are all invited, but please RSVP by submitting the form below.
Masks are required and social distancing will be implemented.
There will be room(s) set up to accommodate the group to ensure adequate spacing and safety.

Once a month, the middle and high schoolers will come together for Youth Group for a time of fun, fellowship, and service. The Youth Group mission is to be a light through service as the hands and feet of Christ in the world today. We can do that with activities in small groups, outside, or individually with a shared mission if that’s what is best. All programming and events will be mindful of the realities of COVID at the time.

Back-to-School Blessing Bags

Usually this time of year we would come together in excitement and anticipation of the new school year ahead and bless the backpacks of students, bags of preschoolers, and briefcases of teachers. This has definitely been a very different year, and while back-to-school may also look different, God’s promise to be with us remains unchanged.

We want to share in the excitement as our students step up into a new year even though we can't be together. We’ll be dropping off Back-to-School Blessing Bags to students this week. Please let Jordyn know if there's someone you know of who isn't a member but would like a blessing bag to make sure the church has their address.

We miss being with you and sharing in the love and light that you offer the world, but know that you are prayed for and loved by your church family at Second Presbyterian.
